President and owner, Robert Doiron, has been in the drilling industry since 1988. Robert has drilled many properties throughout Canada, the US and as far as Santiago, Chile. Over the last 35 years, one of his employees was Phil Mclean, a legend in the drilling community. During his time with Phil, Robert became a mechanic, welder fabricator, shop manager, fieldman, dozer/excavator operator, and hydraulic tech and held various other positions related to the diamond drilling industry.
Vice President, Terry Halabisky, got his early mechanical experience on the family farm, operating various equipment from tractors to feller-bunchers. He started his mining career in Mackenzie, BC, as a production worker and worked his way into an apprenticeship. Terry accumulated enough hours to successfully challenge his Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Ticket. He got to use his expertise in a local mill in Mackenzie making and modifying equipment to improve production in a safe and economical manner.
